After 6 months of planning, organising and lots of stressing I am finally packed and ready to embrace my new adventure! I cannot believe how fast the time has gone however I am excited to take on this amazing opportunity. I hope you all enjoy following me on my journey as I try to scratch beneath the surface of what you can read in a guide book, and shine a light on the people, the food, the experiences, and the cultures that come together to make Europe so unique.
My goal is to update roughly once a week, but that will depend on where I am and the availability of internet connections.
